Mailing Instructions for Inclusions

Please remember do NOT send the last of your milk, cremations, hair, flowers, etc. There is always a possibility that something could happen to your item in transit.  Two Blessed is not, under any circumstances, responsible for loss and/or damage in shipping.  We do not take responsibility for other businesses and their handling such as the United States Postal Service and other mail carriers, this applies to both receiving your milk as well as mailing of your completed pieces.

A reminder of these mailing instructions will be included in your confirmation email that is received after purchase.

Mailing Instructions:

If you are entrusting me with providing you custom creations, such as jewelry, stationary items, or any other unique piece, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following instructions for sending the materials. Your attention to these details ensures the smooth and precise transformation of your cherished items into beautiful, personalized creations.

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your invoice number as well as the address to mail your inclusions to. I do not have it listed on the website for privacy reasons.

If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam and junk mail as it could be in that folder.  If you still do not see the email please email me at twoblessedsisters2@gmail.com and I will resend it directly to you.

The turnaround time begins once your breastmilk has been received and checked in. I process check-ins once a week.

Packaging Instructions - Breastmilk:

You will send one ounce of breastmilk. This must be fully THAWED before and during shipping. This amount is enough for three pieces of jewelry. If you are purchasing more than three pieces you can email to see what amount you should send.

  • Triple bag milk in breastmilk storage bags. Do NOT send in containers, they will not be returned and also are more likely to leak.

  • Write name and invoice # on the OUTSIDE BAG. If leaking occurs, your milk will not change colors from the marker.

  • If you are sending more than one milk be sure to write which milk you would like used for which piece.

  • DO NOT send your “last” milk. There is always the possibility of it getting lost in transit and I am human, mistakes can happen.

  • Package in USPS SMALL FLAT RATE BOX. If you are out of the US, any box will do. Do not send in a regular envelope or bubble mailers. Please do NOT require signature for delivery.

  • Your full name and return address MUST be on the package.

  • Make sure you get tracking and keep your receipt.

  • Two Blessed cannot control services outside of my studio; therefore, we are not responsible for inclusions lost in route and cannot issue refunds on shipping totals.

Packaging Instructions – Ashes:

You will send 1 teaspoon per cremation design.  I use much less than this but always want to ensure I have enough for your pieces. If you don’t have that amount send me an email and we will chat about options.

  • Triple bag the ashes when shipping and tape shut the bag, be sure that you put your INVOICE number on the bag as well as your last name.

  • Any ashes that are not used will be returned to you with your finished piece(s).

  • PLEASE do not send me the last of your ashes, as mistakes and shipping issues do happen.

Packaging Instructions - Hair:

  • I prefer if you send at least 20 strands of hair that are at least one inch long.  I do not require this much but always prefer to have extra on hand since hair is so unpredictable.

  • Keep in mind that there is no guarantee on the final placement of the hair as it will naturally do what it wants.

  • Please tie the hair together with a string and place in a separate zip lock bag. This ensures less static will happen in transit.

  • Whatever is left over will not be sent back to you (unless specified) and as always, never send us the last of anything as mistakes can happen and mail does get lost from time to time.
